We consider it a special privilege to serve our customers, and we have the utmost respect for your privacy. None of the information you give us will be given to other companies for any reason, as it is used for the sole purpose of serving you, our customer.

Return/Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. We will accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery and issue a credit or refund at the time of the return. Please understand that we cannot refund your money until you have sent back the item(s). Your refund or credit will be equal to the value of the item. We do not pay for return shipping. For miss-sent orders or damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the return when we get the product back and send you a replacement with no additional charge.

How to Return Item

  1. Email to contact@kooldecor.com and leave all the necessary information and order number so we can begin to process your return. Please indicate if you would like a store credit/exchange or a refund.
  2. When shipping a return, please include the original packaging slip and a brief note explaining why the item is being returned. Keep a copy of the packaging slip for your records.
  3. Once the item is received, you will be notified by email and we will either issue you a store credit or a return based on what is requested.
